Are you interested in the topic of smoking on campus? Do you want your voice to be heard in regard to this topic? If so, College of Engineering senator Tom Doyle is conducting a survey to receive more student input on any matters involving smoking on campus. The survey consists of a series of multiple choice and optional short answer questions, and should take about 5 minutes to complete. According to Doyle, the goal of this survey is to identify some trends among student responses, which will ultimately help him determine which areas to focus on with this project. Some of the main questions posed within this survey are whether or not the university should strive for a smoke-free campus and/or smoke-free athletic facilities (including areas surrounding them), as well as the effects of secondhand smoking on students. If you have any concerns, comments or questions involving matters of smoking on campus, please include them in the survey, or contact Tom Doyle at
