F.U.B.s are mandatory and will be strongly enforced. The new F.U.B system will go in effect starting Monday February 15,2010. This new system will digitize all F.U.B.s making submission easier. Everyone that has an email listed on the workshop list will receive a 6 digit alpha-numeric code that will serve as your digital signature. Two of these codes will be required in order to complete a F.U.B. These codes can be shared with anyone but do so at your own discretion. If the F.U.B is filled out incorrectly, the owners of the code will be held responsible. If other members from your organization would like a code, they will have to attend a F.B workshops. The dates for these workshops are listed in the calender on the fb.iit.edu website. Some of you have heard the process of the new system during the workshops given last month but as a reminder here are they are again.
