Using this Website & SAF
Make sure your are a registered organization: Check with the Office of Student Life (OSL) to confirm this. There are requirements of the OSL that every student organization needs to fulfill. Your organization should have a Finance Board internal advisor assigned to it as is available by clicking on the the 'Other' tab on this website or on this link. If your organization's name is not on the list and you meet the requirements in (1), send us an email.
The assigned FB Advisor may change from hearing to hearing (although we avoid this), and their contact information is available under the 'The Board' tab on this website.
Note to Orgs
Be advised, there is a new school travel policy in which the Dean of students must approve out of county travel 45 days before the travel date. This applies to all student organization out of county travel.
"The student organization must prepare and provide a Travel Summary, as well as a “Travel Cover Sheet”, to the Dean of Students/Student Life not less than forty?five (45) days prior to the date of the proposed travel. The Travel Summary, signed by the appropriate administrator, must be submitted to the Office of Student Life no later than thirty (30) days before the scheduled trip. The Travel Summary form is available online: here"

Dear Student Organizations,
I hope this release meets you well into your planning processes for our upcoming budget cycle. The purpose of this letter is to clarify details on how to go about using funds allocated by Finance Board within your organization.
As most of you should have received in the decision letters, lump sums of money were approved for your organization to use on the different categories of funding (Programming, Operation, Capital, Competition, and Conference) as opposed to the traditional line item micro-budgeting allocations that have been sent out in the past. Questions regarding how the monies allocated should be distributed will be clarified following;
